My Stands store is frozen: what can I do?
If you have not paid an invoice to Stands or if a payment has failed several times, your store will be blocked until you pay your invoice to Stands. If you have more than one plan and more than one Stands store, they will also be frozen. If your store is frozen, you can't access your store administration and customers can't view your store.
A payment may fail for one of the following reasons:
- The credit card you have on file has expired.
- No payment method has been registered on your account.
- Your payment method is insufficiently funded.
- You do not use a valid Mastercard, Visa or American Express credit card to pay your Stands invoices.
- Your credit card does not allow recurring payments in USD.
To pay your invoice or find out more about your Stands account, go to My Account.
Note
If your store is already frozen and you do not wish to reactivate it, no action is required: your store will remain inactive, and will be permanently destroyed 6 months after the date of the first unpaid invoice.
If your store has been frozen, you need to reactivate it by paying your outstanding balance, to access your account or store information, start selling again, etc.
Reactivating your store
To reactivate or unblock your store, you must pay all outstanding fees. In addition, you must pay all other outstanding fees incurred between the time payment was not made and the time your store was frozen. These may include
- application fees
- transaction costs
- SHIPPING COSTS
If you reactivate your store more than 30 days after your last invoice, you must also choose a plan and pay for the next subscription cycle. If you are unable to log in to reactivate your store, please contact Stands support.
How to reactivate your frozen Stands store
- Login to your account Stands.
- Pay your account balance. If you have several outstanding invoices, you will be asked to pay them all to reactivate your store. You will be able to download your invoices once payment has been processed, after a delay for bank transactions.
- If you reactivate your store more than 30 days after your last invoice, please proceed as follows:
- Choose a new plan.
- Pay for the next subscription cycle.
